General policy
Payments made to join the leaderboard or add to an account's total are non-refundable once the placement has been published.
Exception: impersonation removal
If an account is removed because the true owner of that @username proved ownership and requested its removal, anyone who paid to place or promote the impersonating account will be refunded in full.
