Consumer dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and we can't settle a dispute with you directly, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity — a free or low-cost alternative to the courts.

- The official list of consumer ADR entities in Portugal is published by the Directorate-General for Consumers (Direção-Geral do Consumidor) on the Consumer Portal: www.consumidor.gov.pt.
- For consumer disputes worth up to €5,000, Portuguese law lets the consumer choose to take the dispute to arbitration at one of these centres, and we will take part.
Using ADR doesn't affect your right to go to court.
